2. Access to the service

VideoChorus is a free online service accessible through a web browser. No registration or account creation is required. The publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, without notice or compensation.

3. Use of the service

The user agrees to use VideoChorus in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms of Service. The user is solely responsible for their use of the service and the content they download.

The user agrees to:

Videos downloaded through the service remain the property of their respective authors. VideoChorus claims no rights over this content and acts solely as a technical intermediary.

5. Limitation of liability

7. Amendments to the ToS

JDevelop reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of Toulouse shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
